Drupal AGLS Meta Data Module

PreviousNext has just released the first version of the AGLS Meta Data module to Drupal.org at http://drupal.org/project/agls. This emerged out of our current work with the Australian Law Reform Commission, and our other state and federal clients who are using Drupal.

If you’re building an Australian Government website using Drupal, chances are you’ll need to comply with the AGLS Metadata Standard (http://www.agls.gov.au/). This module extends the Nodewords module to incorporate the AGLS requirements, without the need for any hacks or workarounds.

State Library of Victoria Drupal website launches

State Library of Victoria Drupal website

After more than a year in development, the State Library of Victoria recently unveiled its superb new website, built in Drupal. PreviousNext provided the initial Drupal training for SLV’s internal development team, and then assisted with a range of the more complex Drupal customisation tasks throughout the course of the project. Yet another great example of a major organisation making the switch to open-source technologies!

Pro Drupal Development & Design in Melbourne

Off the back of our large scale Drupal projects with the State Library of Victoria and our new contract with the Australian Conservation Foundation to redevelop their site in Drupal, we’ve been able to establish a permanent presence in Melbourne, headed up by our locally based Producer Tim Homewood.

Tim brings a huge amount of web development and management experience to the team, having founded acclaimed Melbourne agency Sputnik in 1999 and consulting on major projects with large enterprise and non-profit clients over the past few years. Tim has a wealth of experience with Drupal project management, and has been a seamless fit with the rest of our team around Australia.

This means we’re now able to work face to face with clients in Melbourne, whilst connecting them into our network of specialist designers and Drupal developers. Give us a call on 03 9016 0170 to find out more.

PreviousNext join AIMIA

AIMIA Emblem v3.1

With just on a year in operation, we’ve decided it’s time to join our industry’s peak representative body, the Australian Interactive Media Industry Association. We’re firm believers in the benefit of the industry working together to raise standards, support each other and to follow an Industry Code of Conduct.

We’ve also been lucky enough to be AIMIA award winners and finalists in the past, and now we’ll be able to enter our own client projects in coming years.
