We worked over the course of more than a year with leading Sydney agency Digital Eskimo to bring the user interface design aspect of Telstra’s ambitious integrated webmail, calendaring, contacts and tasks system to fruition. The system aims to provide an integrated interface for accessing all email, mobile (SMS & MMS) and voice and videomail services. This involved an extensive strategic phase followed by the production of myriad screens for the AJAX-based interface.

The latest release in mid 2009 included a “lite” version of the interface for enhanced accessibility.
