In so many of the companies I've worked for, introverts are consistently misunderstood, unintentionally overlooked for promotions, or even just unrecognised for their achievements.
The focus of this talk is in no way about extroverts necessarily being bad people or leaders.
Ironically, the spotlight will be on the advantages of an introvert scrum master and what you're likely to gain from these supposedly 'reserved' servant leaders.
