PreviousNext and Folk present at DrupalSouth Melbourne 2025

How to run a successful, collaborative Drupal transformation project with two suppliers and one delivery goal.

We teamed up with design agency Folk for a client journey that was just as much about teamwork and communication as it was about Drupal code.

The Catholic Schools NSW website transformation was a complex project. But with a “two heads are better than one” mindset, PreviousNext and Folk were able to fully utilise the benefits of diverse experience combined in a shared responsibility to provide a better solution.

Learn the mantras that guided this project throughout, such as “One team, one dream” and “Collaboration between suppliers creates better products”, and how working together from early on helped nut out problems before Discovery and reduce headaches.

By the end of this video, you’ll have an understanding of collaborative models that:

  • Drive client success and set the stage for more efficient and rewarding Drupal projects.
  • Provide diverse expertise, fresh perspectives and specialised skills.
  • Mix and match overlapping competencies to deliver more robust solutions.
  • Balance workloads and reduce risk.
