Charles Darwin University: Drupal CMS Build
In September 2017, we worked with Charles Darwin University to redesign and develop their Drupal website.

The solutions
At the beginning of the project, we ran collaborative workshops both on campus and in Sydney during the discovery phase. These helped us to identify key user personas.
We then ran user testing across Australia to gather feedback on the new designs in flight at the time, using this research to adjust the designs accordingly.
The comprehensive discovery phase resulted in a well-defined product vision and UX strategy that served as a solid guide as we moved into the project's build phase.
Using the Agile framework, we worked closely with the Charles Darwin team, delivering in 2-week sprints to power through the backlog. Regular sprint reviews enabled CDU to test and provide feedback throughout the development phase.
The results
A new Homepage and “Study with CDU” section for the Charles Darwin University website was launched in February 2018, with pages that were built entirely with a newly-developed library of Drupal components. The new library of components helps internal content editors to build custom pages across the website.
We continued to work with Charles Darwin University, with further developments to their site planned for the future.
