Before redeveloping their site, the Office for State Revenue (OSR) conducted user surveys with their clients to form the foundations of the user experience strategy.
The data they gathered led OSR to pinpoint the topics users most frequently visited and helped develop the information architecture.
Enabling users to quickly access important information was vital for the success of the new site. With this in mind, we designed and implemented a clean and simple layout that was both WCAG compliant and fully responsive.
