Owen Lansbury

Owen has worked in the digital industry since the mid-1990s, leading teams at prominent web development firms in Australia and the USA. Working with major global brands on user-centred design, he developed a broad perspective on delivering great digital experiences. He co-founded PreviousNext in 2009.

As Chair of PreviousNext, Owen focuses on sustainable growth and strategic direction, including oversight of finance, compliance and the employee ownership program. He also plays a key role in open source community engagement. He founded the DrupalSouth Steering Committee and joined the global Drupal Association Board of Directors in 2019, serving as its Chair from 2023 to 2025.
