Drupal Website Redesign
With a view to deliver public value through fair and progressive service, the Office of State Revenue (OSR) engaged PreviousNext for the Drupal development of their customer-focused, Government site.
Challenge
Being a gateway for various interactions, user-experience was pivotal to the development of the Office of State Revenue website. A key requirement of the build was to ensure clients could access information to enable quick and easy transactions.
Solution
Prior to the commencement of this project, OSR engaged their clients by conducting user surveys to form the foundations of the user experience strategy. The data gathered led OSR to pinpoint the topics users of the site most frequently visited and helped develop the information architecture.
Allowing users to quickly access information of importance was imperative to the success of the new site. With this, PreviousNext designed and implemented a clean and simple layout that was both WCAG compliant and fully responsive.
Outcome
The Office of State Revenue website is a product of considerable work behind the scenes to give the user a vastly improved online experience. PreviousNext created a new look and feel for the site, coupled with enhanced functionality and custom back-end workflow, to provide a solution that meets the changing needs of OSR clients.
